This
section is for individuals that provide training to early
care & education practitioners (center caregivers and
family child care providers).

The
Project is developing a statewide trainer database to assist in
the location of potential trainers. The database will contain information
that will allow individuals to find a trainer who meets their criteria.
This organization and website will not contract, refer, nor arrange
payment for trainers.
The
trainers listed in this database will be considered "Approved
Trainers", meaning they have met trainer standards and have
provided objectives and adult learning strategies for a specific
core competency area.
In order to be listed in this database, trainers will need to submit
an application that will highlight their education and training
experience. The trainer will also need to submit written materials
identifying which core competency area they are seeking approval
and outlining training objectives and adult learning strategies.
Members of a Training Approval Board will review the applications
and training objectives and assign the trainer a specific trainer
level. Trainers will be able to receive "Approval" to
train in more than one core competency area. The application process
will only be completed once.

database will be searchable by:
